The history of the jersey : On the occasion of the Pink October 2012 campaign, Olympique de Marseille and Adidas unveiled a special jersey intended to support the fight against breast cancer . This limited edition takes up the traditional colors of the club by reversing the shades: black background , white logos , and touches of fuchsia pink (on the collar and the three Adidas stripes) in homage to the international symbol of the fight against breast cancer. On the chest, we also find an emblematic pink ribbon and the logo of the League against cancer . This jersey was worn during an official Ligue 1 match in October 2012 to raise public awareness of this important cause.
