Right of Withdrawal – Product Return

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part (e.g., product not matching the order).

From the date of this notification, you have 14 days to ship the return.

Returned products must be:

• in their original packaging

• unworn, unused, and in perfect condition

• accompanied by a note including your full name and order number

Any returned item that is incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted or refunded.
