Jersey Story: After winning the Champions League in 2012, Chelsea approached the 2012/2013 season with high ambitions. Juan Mata, in the form of his life, finished as the club's player of the season for the second consecutive year. He scored 20 goals and provided 35 assists across all competitions. This third jersey was notably used in European competitions and some away matches.
