Shirt Description: Iconic Germany home shirt for the 1998 World Cup , in flocked version [#10 Matthäus] , iconic captain of the Mannschaft. Classic white design enhanced by the horizontal stripe in the colors of the German flag and the three stars embroidered above the crest. The black V-neck collar completes a piece with a historic look, in excellent condition. Some very slight signs of wear on the collar.

The history of the jersey: This model accompanied the last World Cup of Lothar Matthäus , who still holds the record for participation in the final phase. Germany, then European title holders, were beaten by Croatia in the quarter-finals. This jersey represents one of the last chapters of the golden age of German football in the 90s.
