Outfit description: Japan national team training kit from the 2016/2017 period, in a version marketed exclusively in Japan. It consists of a long-sleeved top and its matching pants. The top features a dark gray base, accompanied by the three white stripes on the shoulders and sleeves, as well as blue and fluorescent yellow details. On the chest are the JFA crest, the Adidas logo, and the KIRIN sponsor. The zippered collar allows the jacket to be worn for both training and as part of a lifestyle outfit. The set is in very good overall condition (9/10).

History of the outfit: This kit belongs to the 2016/2017 Japanese generation, which was then involved in the qualifiers for the 2018 World Cup. Under the leadership of Vahid Halilhodžić, the Samurai Blue relied on several key players based in Europe, notably Honda, Kagawa, Hasebe, and Yoshida. Its distribution being reserved for the Japanese market also makes it a less common set to find in Europe.
