This Adidas model features the famous Blues royal blue, accompanied by elegant gold details on the shoulders, sleeves, and collar. On the chest are the Chelsea crest, the Adidas logo, and the Samsung sponsor, while the back features the HAZARD 17 printing. The jersey is in very good overall condition (9/10). Note a small snag near the Adidas logo, as well as two small snags on the lower part of the jersey. The back and the printing are very well preserved.

Jersey history: The 2012/2013 season marks Eden Hazard's debut at Chelsea, after his arrival from Lille.
